Neighborhood 3 explores the consequences when teenagers of a perfect suburban subdivision become obsessed with a violent video game that uses satellite images of their own neighborhood as the game’s setting. As the teens get closer to defeating the army of zombies – some of whom look remarkably like their parents – the line between real and virtual life begins to blur.
This will be the third play in Glass Mind’s Season One, which is designed to explore the connections we make: interpersonal, intrapersonal, and, in the case of Neighborhood 3, techno-personal. GMT Artistic Director Andrew Peters says, “I’m extremely excited for this company to tackle Haley’s work, not only because it’s an extremely well-written, darkly comic play, but because it uses a technological phenomenon to examine modern suburban disconnect.”

You know Zombies are popular when they make a Horror Drama that takes place in the UK Big Brother 14 house. The Show i’m talking about is Dead Set. Dead set originally aired October 2008 and ran for 5 episodes. Dead set chronicled a zombie outbreak that strands the housemates and production staff inside the house, which quickly becomes a shelter from the undead.
Here is the synopsis from http://www.e4.com
Britain has a big problem. The dead are returning to life and attacking the living. The people they kill get up and kill – and it’s spreading like wildfire. Curiously, there are a few people left in Britain who aren’t worried about any of this – that’s because they’re the remaining contestants in Big Brother. Cocooned in the safety of the Big Brother house, they’re blissfully unaware of the horrific events unfolding outside. Until an eviction night when all hell breaks loose.
